First of all I enrolled in this course because I am interested in the foreign policy process from the formulation down to its implementation. I am curious on the different factors and issues which very much influence and shape how Philippine foreign policy is crafted and carried out.
Hopefully by the end of the course, I expect myself to have grasped the theoretical and practical knowledge of the foreign policy process, and likewise the capacity to scrutinize and deliver analytical and significant insights about our country’s external relations and how it affects the domestic sphere of policy making.
